Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
This policy explains how SkyWays Hub Ltd (“SkyWays Hub”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you contact us, book with us or use our website. We follow the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
SkyWays Hub Ltd is the controller of your personal data. We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17194811. Our registered office is 17 Catherine Street, Derby, DE23 8HS. It is not open to visitors.
For any question about your data, email info@skywayshub.co.uk or call +44 7848 146374 (Monday to Sunday, 8am to 10pm).
The data we collect
- When you make an enquiry (our form, email, phone or WhatsApp): your name, email address, phone number and what you tell us about your trip, such as dates, departure airport, number of travellers and budget.
- When you book: the names of everyone travelling as shown on their passports, dates of birth, passport details where an airline or authority needs them, contact details, travel preferences and payment details.
- Special requirements: if you tell us about dietary, medical or accessibility needs so that we can pass them to airlines or hotels, we use this information only with your explicit consent.
- Website data: our web host’s servers record technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the website running and secure.
How we use your data, and our legal reasons
- To answer your enquiry and prepare quotes: steps you ask us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to you.
- To make and manage your bookings: performance of a contract.
- To meet legal duties, such as keeping accounting records and giving airlines and border authorities the passenger information they require: legal obligation.
- To pass special requirements to travel suppliers: your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To send you offers by email or WhatsApp, only if you have agreed to receive them: consent. We do not send marketing without your agreement.
Who we share your data with
We share only what is needed with the airlines, hotels, transfer companies and other suppliers that provide your trip, with payment providers, with the IT and hosting companies that run our website and email, and with government bodies when the law requires it. We never sell your personal data.
Transfers outside the UK
When you travel abroad, we must send your booking details to suppliers in the countries you visit, for example hotels in Dubai or Saudi Arabia. These transfers are necessary to provide the trip you have asked for. Where our own service providers handle data outside the UK, we use the protections that UK law requires, such as adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep your data
- Booking records: 7 years after your travel date, for legal and accounting reasons.
- Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: 12 months, then deleted.
- Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, send it to another organisation, or stop using it for some purposes. You can also withdraw any consent at any time. Email info@skywayshub.co.uk and we will reply within one month, as the law requires.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our website does not set cookies for normal visitors and does not use analytics or advertising tools. It keeps one temporary setting in your browser for the current visit (session storage), so that the welcome screen shows only once; it holds no personal data and is deleted when you close the tab. People who sign in to manage the website get WordPress’s own login cookies. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy. Our cookie settings page has the details.
How to complain
If you are unhappy with how we use your data, please contact us first so that we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the way we use personal data changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
